BBQ Caramel Apple

A BBQ spin on the classic Toffee Apples, those with a sweet tooth should definitely try these sticky caramel apple slices!

  • 6 Apples (1 per serving)
  • Brown Sugar
  • 2 tins of Condensed Milk


  • Set up your BBQ for direct grilling and prepare large sheets of aluminium foil (1 per guest) and gently brush or spray with oil
  • Slice and core your apples, allowing for each guest to have one apple each, and lay onto the foil sheets.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of tinned condensed milk over each apple and sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
  • Wrap up your caramel apples tightly in the foil and BBQ each foil parcel for about 10 minutes. Be careful when opening foil as steam will be hot, serve to guests immediately with ice cream and crushed up biscotti.
