English Lincolnshire Sausage

England's hopes in Brazil rest on the timeless and classic, the Lincolnshire sausage. Sage is one of the first ingredients on the team sheet to flavour the pork, and parsley and thyme will also be getting in on the action. The quintessentially British Lincolnshire sausage is widely available in butchers and supermarkets and tastes great when barbecued and served in a floured bun with lashings of ketchup!

How to BBQ English Lincolnshire Sausage

What you'll need:

  • Lincolnshire Sausage
  • Floured bun
  • Ketchup

Method:

  1. Heat your Great British BBQ to a medium heat and carefully lay out your Lincolnshire sausages
  2. Use tongs to regularly turn your sausages until browned on the outside and cooked through
  3. Pierce your bangers to check that juices run clear then prepare to serve in floured buns with plenty of ketchup!
